Everyone who has ever purchased or sold anything knows that some items sold by certain persons can be priced "unrealistically". Obviously, these items have a very small chance of selling. Furthermore, items such as houses generally require a longer marketing period. In an effort to keep our listings fresh and prevent our site from being overrun with outdated ads we have instituted the following policy:

    -For private party items priced under $100,000, we will run the ad for 30 days. If your item has not sold at the end of that time frame, contact us and we will run it another 30 days. This process can continue up to 120 days. If your item hasn't sold by that point, chances are the item is priced "out of touch" with market conditions. After 120 days of listing, e-realty, LLC reserves the right to terminate your ad, or you may reduce the price of your sale item. Any further listing after 120 days requires a reasonable reduction in price of the items sale price for every month you wish to continue the ad. Again, you will have to contact us every 30 days and agree to said price reduction of your sale item, or the ad will be discontinued.

    -For private party listings priced over $100,000 the above applies, except we will run your ad for 60 days before you need to contact us, and every 60 days thereafter while the item continues to be listed. After 240 days a reduction in price is required, as above, and every 60 days thereafter, or the ad will be terminated.

 We apologize for this inconvenience, but it keeps our advertising base fresh, and benefits the overwhelming majority of those who use our service.

We also ask that you let us know when an item sells so we can remove your advertisement.
